Lake Ray (born October 4, 1956) in Jacksonville, Florida.

Ray is a Representative in the House of Representatives of the U.S. state of Florida. He received his Associates degree from St. Johns River Community College, and his Bachelors degree from the University of Florida in 1981. He currently resides in Jacksonville with his family.

Ray is an 8th-generation Floridian and attained the rank of Eagle Scout.
